Open Burning

Not allowed during: 1. Adverse weather conditions 2. Burn bands present 3. During dry seasons. Residents must: 1. Provide control of the fire (water and so forth) 2. Remain present at all times 3. Burn during daylight hours only 4. Burn only natural products (wood, leaves, grass). Fire will be extinguished if: 1. Health problems exist 2. Are of a nuisance 3. Unattended or violate previous. Businesses or Industry are not allowed to burn.
